Could be their experiences when they are gone are the dreams you have when they return.

I wondered all about dinosaurs yesterday and not a single one came out of the mist. This piece woke me out of my morning fog.

Ah I see. I myself hate when this happens. Did you know there is a secret to it? One i am afraid cannot be shared. I can give one clue so I shall. The trick is not to wonder.

Oh god I’m fucked. All I do is sit and day dream.

R.S.T.'s avatar

Is that even possible at night?

This …day dream.

Of course. Day dreaming is available 24/7. If I’m sleeping it just goes somewhere else for a while ;)

This place it goes.

Tell me of it.

I wonder if your day dream becomes someone else's night dream when you are not using it.

I don’t think it becomes their night dream. Maybe? My unique milieu of hormones and neurobiology isn’t contagious. I don’t know where the day dreams go when I sleep. Maybe they run errands, visit friends, or take in a show. I’m very happy they come back to me. I’d be dreadfully bored otherwise.
